About the assignment

We are looking for a 50% accounting assistant for our client in Landskrona for an assignment expected to start on March 2, 2026, and last for two years. Please note that you will need to work full-time (40 hours) during the first week, after which you will work 20 hours per week. The work takes place at the client's office in Landskrona. Your tasks

  • Reconciliation of balance accounts and ongoing bookkeeping

  • Preparation of intercompany invoices

  • Booking of intercompany transactions

  • Reporting of AGI, VAT, and withdrawal tax

The aforementioned tasks are to be performed monthly, primarily during the first and second weeks of the month. The exception is the reporting of VAT and withdrawal tax, which occurs quarterly during the first and second weeks of each quarter. Other tasks may also occur, such as quarterly reconciliation of utility costs (heating, electricity, and water), filing of documents for personnel records, and contract administration.

Your qualifications

  • Experience with the tasks included in the position of accounting assistant within areas such as finance, accounting, and administration

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Available to work on-site at the client's premises for most of the assignment period as agreed
